A fellow board of trustees member for the National Jazz Museum in Harlem was talking with her mentor about seeking additional board positions. Her mentor relayed the observation that she would be a "slam dunk" candidate for a publicly-traded company board position if she had one more thing: cybersecurity knowledge and experience.

So this course was born from that idea and had its first cohort of executives in February of 2023 assembled from the personal network of Lolita Jackson. As this course evolves and matures more information about future directions and opportunities to join a cohort will appear on this micro site.
